Proflex Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is located at 12/30 in Sidhorkalan. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs, but we like it that way. The building is an older one, and we’ve had to patch up the roof and the walls a few times over the years. Inside, we have our setup for all the electrical work we handle. It is mostly a mix of heavy tables, storage racks for the components, and a small corner where we keep the paperwork. We don't spend much time in the office part because the real work happens on the floor. It’s a lot of manual stuff, putting things together and checking connections. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple who are better with the fine details. The lunch break is usually the highlight of the day when we sit outside if the weather is okay. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here in Sidhorkalan long enough that people know we are here for electrical supplies. There are always crates being moved around and the sound of someone whistling while they work. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a decent job every day. Sometimes it’s stressful when a deadline is close, but we usually manage to get it done.
