Poma-Ex Products

We’ve been here at 78-A in Old Gupta Colony for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just busy sorting out orders and making sure the products are ready to go. The space isn’t huge but we make it work. Sometimes the street gets crowded with delivery trucks and the neighbors complain a bit, but that’s just life here. We started with just a couple of machines and now the rooms are pretty full. You can hear the fans running all day long. My brother and I usually open up early before the sun gets too hot. It gets stuffy inside by noon so we keep the side door cracked open. People walk by and peek in to see what we are doing. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. Just the workshop and a small desk for the paperwork. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint but we haven't found the time. We are usually too tired by the end of the day to worry about that. It’s mostly about getting the work done and keeping the inventory straight. We use some old shelves we found years ago and they still hold up. Every morning there is a bit of dust to wipe off. We just keep at it day after day. It’s a simple setup but it’s ours and it works for what we need. We mostly drink tea from the local shop and keep the radio on low for some background noise.
