Hello Services

Out in the Nangloi industrial area, at Dsidc Category-2, you can find Hello Services. This part of town is full of factories and workshops, so it’s always dusty and there’s a lot of truck movement on the roads. Our unit, number 5, is where we handle all the service work that comes our way. It’s a big, open space that usually smells like oil and cleaning fluids. We don't have a front desk or a lobby for people to sit in; it’s more of a workshop where we are actually doing the labor. Most of the time, the floor is covered with parts of machines we are working on. The guys here wear blue overalls that haven't been truly clean in years, but that’s because we are always under some piece of equipment. We handle things for other businesses in the industrial area, so we understand how important it is to get stuff running again quickly. The noise from the neighboring units can be a bit much, especially when the heavy machinery is running next door. We drink a lot of tea and just keep our heads down. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing because people around here already know where we are. We just open the shutters early in the morning and work until the sun goes down, dealing with whatever repairs the day brings to our door.
