Poliage Dairy Private Limited operates out of a first-floor space at House Number 4222 in Gali Shahtara. This is right in the Ajmeri Gate area of Central Delhi. If you know the streets here, you know it is always humming with people and trade. Being in the dairy business means our days usually begin while most of the city is still asleep. We handle things from this office and try to keep everything organized. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage just fine. It’s a real old Delhi vibe around here with the narrow lanes and the constant noise of the market. We deal with milk and related dairy stuff, making sure the logistics work out for our local area. There is a lot of back and forth with suppliers and keeping track of the cooling and storage needs. It is definitely not a quiet job. The team sits here amidst stacks of files and the sound of the street below coming through the windows. We have been at this address for a while and have become part of the local fabric of Ajmeri Gate. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets stressful when deliveries are late, but we just get on with it.
