Pandit Sangam Lal Mishra

Our place is in Rohini Sector 3, specifically at B 7, number 185. It’s a standard sort of address for this area. My name is Pandit Sangam Lal Mishra and I’ve been here for quite a while now. This part of Rohini is a mix of people’s homes and small businesses like ours. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Usually, you just look for the number on the gate. The office is inside and it’s quite simple. We have the usual things—a desk, some pens, and a lot of registers. We don't like to complicate things with too much technology or fancy talk. It’s just about being here when someone needs us. I usually start my day with a cup of tea and a look at the papers. People stop by at all hours, though we try to keep some kind of schedule. It doesn't always work out that way. Sometimes the doorbell rings late and we still answer. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big staff, just us family members helping out. We’ve known the people on this street for years. We’ve seen the trees grow tall and the houses get renovated. It’s a nice, quiet place to work. We don't need much more than that.
