Our main office for Alpha Milk Food is at M-8, Hemkunt Chambers, 89. It’s an older building, but it has a lot of character and it’s right in the middle of everything. Working with milk and food products means we have to stay on top of things all the time. There isn't much room for error when you’re dealing with stuff that people eat and drink every day. Most of our time in the office is spent on the phone or on the computer, coordinating with the folks at the plants and the delivery drivers. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure the milk gets where it needs to go while it’s still fresh. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that corporate stuff. We just know that if the milk isn't delivered on time, it’s a problem for everyone. The office in Hemkunt Chambers is often quite busy, with people coming in and out and papers flying everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen the industry change quite a bit, but the basics stay the same. You just have to be honest and work hard. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do right by the people who buy our food. It’s a decent living.
