You can find us over at B-16 in the Commercial Complex in Dr Mukherjee Nagar. We’re pretty close to Batra Cinema, which makes it easy for people to give directions to their friends when they are coming for an appointment. It’s an interesting mix here because we handle nursing home stuff and hair care at the same time in the same place. Some days it’s all about helping people recover from a fever or a small surgery, and other days we’re looking at scalp issues or hair thinning problems for the younger crowd. The complex gets quite busy, especially in the evenings when the movie crowds are around the cinema area. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and the rooms aren't huge, but they work for what we need to do. We use simple tools and follow the routines that have worked for us for years. The nurses are usually running around between the different sections, making sure everyone is doing okay. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that for people to sit in. It’s just a front desk and then the treatment rooms. People come in from all over Mukherjee Nagar because it’s a central spot to get to by bus or rickshaw. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. If we can’t help with a specific problem, we just say so.
