We are located at BA/9A on the ground floor in Phase I of Ashok Vihar. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside, though the street outside can stay pretty active. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people who have trouble with stairs to get in and out without much fuss. The clinic is basically just a few rooms where we see patients throughout the day. We’ve been here for a while, so the walls have that lived-in look. We don’t spend much on decorations or anything like that because we are more concerned with the actual medical work. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a quick break, but usually, it’s just one person after another. It’s a simple setup. There is a desk, some chairs for waiting, and the consultation room. We see people from all over Ashok Vihar. Some have been coming to us since we first opened up. It feels more like a neighborhood meeting spot sometimes than a sterile clinic. We don't have a website or any big signs. Just the name on the door. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us keeping things running. We handle the usual stuff, colds, aches, and regular checkups. It's just a normal day-to-day business helping the folks who live around here. We just try to do right by the people who walk in the door.
