If you have ever been to this area, you know how narrow the lanes can get and how much noise there is from the market sellers. We are just a regular retail operation trying to keep things moving every day. The shop is tucked away among many others, and we spend our days sorting through stock and helping whoever walks through the door. It is North East Delhi, so it feels very lived-in and active all the time. There is always someone shouting or a rickshaw bell ringing outside our entrance. Our space is filled with boxes and items waiting to be sold or moved. It gets a bit cramped sometimes, especially when new deliveries arrive at the same time customers are inside looking for things. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration; we just focus on having what people need in stock. The building is old, like most things around Sadar Thana Road, but it serves its purpose.
