You can find us in Burari, specifically in Laxmi Vihar. It’s an interesting spot because it’s tucked away in the Lal Dora area, near the landmark. Our office is on the first floor extension, which gives us a little more room to move around than the ground floor. Burari still feels a bit like a village in some ways, which we actually like. It’s a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, though the roads can get muddy when it rains. We handle exports from this small plot and it keeps us on our toes every single day. The front portion of the building is where we do most of the sorting. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we’ve been here for a while. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the spreadsheets. The internet is mostly reliable, but we still keep paper backups just in case. It’s a practical way of running things. Our neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses like ours. We don't use any fancy management tools, just common sense and a lot of hard work. We started out with just a couple of people and grew slowly over the years without making a big fuss about it. We just like keeping it simple and honest. The office smells like old paper and tea most afternoons.
