Kwality Fresh Frozen Chicken

Over at 2011 Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar, specifically in the Outram Lines near Kingsway Camp, is where you will find us. Kwality Fresh Frozen Chicken has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time. The shop is basically one big room filled with heavy-duty freezers that hum all day and night. It’s quite a cold place to work, which is a nice change when the Delhi heat gets to be too much outside. We spend a lot of our morning unloading the deliveries and getting everything tucked away into the right freezers. The floor can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful, so we are always mopping it down. It’s a family-run thing, and we usually have someone standing by the front counter from early morning until late evening. We don't have a big fancy display, just the freezers and a scale to weigh things out. A lot of the local residents come in on their way home from work to pick up something for dinner. We know most of the people who live in the Outram Lines by now. We don't try to do anything more than just keeping the stock fresh and the freezers running. It’s a straightforward business and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just stay busy and make sure the place is locked up tight at night. We have some light green paint on the door and a small bell for when people enter.
