Kandhamal Enterprises On Spices And Aromatic Research Private Limited is based on the first floor of house 451 in Azadpur. We’re right across from the Adarsh Nagar Police Station. If you know North West Delhi, you know how busy this area is with all the markets nearby. We focus on spices and aromatics, but we also spend time on the research side of things. It’s not a fancy lab with white coats. It’s more like a room filled with jars, scales, and a lot of different smells. Sometimes the smell of ground pepper is so strong it makes everyone in the office sneeze, but that’s just part of the day. We aren't some big spice brand you see in the grocery stores. We are a smaller outfit just trying to understand the quality of the products we deal with. The office is a bit old, and the stairs are a little narrow, but it’s a good place for us. We spend our time checking samples and writing down notes in our ledgers. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't use much technology unless we have to. We don’t have a big mission or any corporate goals. We just like the spice trade and want to do it right. The traffic in Azadpur is usually a mess, so we spend a lot of time waiting for shipments to arrive. It’s an honest way to make a living and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
