Our place is over at B 81 in the GT Karnal Road Industrial Area. It’s a gritty part of Delhi where there are factories and trucks everywhere. We deal with auto parts and vehicles, so being in an industrial zone makes the most sense for us. The building is a bit old and the warehouse part is quite large. There’s always the sound of tools and the smell of grease and rubber in the air. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and they know their way around an engine better than anyone. It’s not a shiny showroom like you see in the fancy parts of town. Our floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of dust. We spend our days managing inventory and shipping out orders to different parts of the city. Traffic on GT Karnal Road can be a nightmare, especially for our delivery vans, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one where people can get what they need. There's a small cabin in the corner where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s loud and busy, but that’s the nature of the auto business. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The metal gates stay open most of the day because there is always a truck coming or going.
