We are tucked away in Shastri Nagar at House No - 23. It’s a ground floor setup in Block-F, so we don’t have to deal with many stairs, which is a blessing when we have heavy samples coming in. The neighborhood is typical Delhi—busy, a bit cramped, and full of life. You can hear the vegetable sellers passing by and the general chatter of the street through the front door. Our office isn’t one of those glass-and-steel places you see in the movies. It’s just a regular room with a few tables, some computers, and shelves piled high with folders. We handle the export side of things, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone or typing out long emails to people in different time zones. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit there for a minute, waiting for a page to load. We have a small team here, and we all know how each other takes their tea. It’s a practical way to work. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they know someone who knows us. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the delivery trucks, and we have to shout over the noise to hear each other. It’s just part of the day here. It feels more like a family business than a big company. We focus on the daily tasks, checking the orders, and making sure the shipments are moving.
