Dr Sunil Clinic

Our small place here at B-93 in Ashok Vihar is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or shiny leather couches, just a regular clinic where Dr Sunil sees people from the neighborhood. Most mornings start with unlocking the front door and letting the air out before the first patient shows up. You can find us pretty easily if you know the Phase I area well enough. There is a lot of dust from the road sometimes, so we spend a good chunk of time dusting the chairs and the desk. We have some old magazines on the table, though most people just look at their phones while they wait. The walls are painted a simple light color that seemed like a good idea a few years back. It gets a bit noisy when the school buses go by, but generally, it is a quiet spot to work. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us helping out with the files and making sure people know when it is their turn. Sometimes the tea guy from around the corner forgets our order, but that is just how things go here. We have been in Ashok Vihar for a while now and we know the faces of the shopkeepers nearby. It is just a basic setup for medical visits without any bells or whistles. We try to keep things organized even if the paperwork piles up on Mondays. It’s home for us.
