Our office is situated in Phase 2 of Ashok Vihar, specifically at C 2 94. It is a pretty standard spot in Delhi 110052. We have been here for a while, and the locals seem to know where we are without much trouble. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we keep everything ready for the day's patients. We deal with a lot of different health issues, from minor stuff to more ongoing things. The mornings are usually the busiest time when everyone wants to get their appointments over with early. We have a lot of paper records still, even though everything is moving to computers. It feels more reliable to have things written down sometimes. The staff spends a lot of time talking to people, explaining things without using too much medical jargon. We do not have a fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It is just chairs and a desk and some old magazines. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by construction, which makes it hard for people to find parking. We just tell them to park a block over and walk. It is a simple operation we run here. We show up, we see the people who need help, and we go home. It is a quiet life in Ashok Vihar and we like it that way.
