Dr. Mrs Meer Khetrapal Clinic

Our clinic is situated at BW65B on Jhulelal Mandir Marg, right in the West Shalimar Bagh area. It’s a nice residential part of the neighborhood, so it feels a lot more personal than a clinic in a shopping mall or a big office block. Dr. Mrs Meer Khetrapal has been seeing people from the local community here for quite a long time. The street is named after the temple, so it's a pretty easy spot for most locals to find. We have a small sign out front, but most people just know the building by now. Inside, it is a very basic setup. We have a small area for waiting and the consultation room is right there. We don't have a huge team of people, just a couple of us who handle everything from answering the phone to cleaning up at the end of the day. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we often end up chatting with the patients about their families or what is happening in Shalimar Bagh. We don't go in for any of that high-end corporate branding. It’s just a local doctor's office where we try to help out as best as we can. Sometimes the waiting room gets full and people have to stand for a minute, but nobody seems to mind too much. It’s just how things go in a busy local clinic like ours.
