Dr. Inderjeet Clinic

You can find my clinic over at 502 Bank Road in the Badli Extension. It’s a quiet enough corner of Badli, though the road gets some traffic during the day. I’ve been working out of this space for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where I see patients. Most of the people who come here live within walking distance or just a short rickshaw ride away. I handle general medical stuff, the kind of things that crop up in everyday life. If someone feels under the weather, they stop by. I don't have a receptionist most days, so it’s pretty informal. You just come in and wait your turn. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. I keep some basic medicines on hand and do what I can to help. Working in Badli has its own pace. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else. I like that I can recognize most of my patients when they walk in. It’s a lot different than working in a big hospital where you’re just a number. Here, I’m just the local doctor. We stay open till the evening. Sometimes I stay late if there’s a line. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small practice on Bank Road. It’s a simple life, and the clinic reflects that.
