Deepak Srivastav

I am Deepak Srivastav and I run things from here in Shalimar Bagh. Specifically, my place is at Ao-76E in the Kala Kunj area of New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city, but it is where I have lived and worked for a long time now. My place isn't very hard to find if you know how the blocks are numbered around here. I have been doing this for many years. It started out very small and it is still a pretty small operation, which is just fine by me. Dealing with all the things myself means I know exactly what is happening at every moment. The traffic in Delhi can be a real nightmare during the rush hour, so I mostly just stay around the office area during the day. It is a ground-floor setup. Nothing too polished or shiny. I have a few old desks and some wooden shelves that have seen better days. It is not about having a pretty office for me, it is just about getting the jobs done for the local people who ask. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a chat and a cup of tea, which is nice. It feels more like a local community thing than a big corporate business. I try to keep everything honest and simple. If I cannot do something, I will just say so right away. But usually, we find a way to make things work out in the end.
