We are located right in the heart of Chandni Chowk, which is probably one of the busiest places you could find. DEE VEE FABRICS PRIVATE LIMITED is on the first floor of 593, Kucha Brij Nath. Our shop is in Gali Ghanteswar, inside the Katra Neel area. If you know fabrics, you know that Katra Neel is the place to be in Delhi. The lanes are very narrow, and it is always packed with people carrying bundles of cloth on their shoulders or on carts. Our space on the first floor is always humming with activity. We deal with all sorts of fabrics, and the shelves are usually overflowing with different colors and textures. It is a very old building with steep stairs, but that is just the way things are in this part of town. The noise from the market below never really stops, but we have gotten used to it after all this time. We don't have a lot of room for fancy furniture; every inch is used for storing cloth. It is a very traditional way of doing business, where you talk to people face-to-face and handle the goods yourself. Chandni Chowk has so much history, and we feel like a small part of that tradition. It is a tough place to work sometimes because of the crowds and the heat, but it is where the textile trade lives, so we stay right here and keep our fabric business going every day.
