We’ve been here at Kashmere Gate for a long time now. If you know the area, you know Church Road is always packed with people and traffic. Our shop at 1553 and 1554 is right in the middle of it all. It’s a bit noisy outside most days, but that's just how this part of Delhi is. We deal with motor parts and help out whoever stops by looking for something specific for their vehicle. Sometimes the shelves get a bit messy because we’re busy, but we usually find what a customer needs if they give us a few minutes. It's mostly just us working through the day, taking orders and making sure things get where they need to go. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of stock piled up in the back and on the sides. People know us around here because we’ve stayed in the same spot for years. Dealing with suppliers and local mechanics is basically what our whole day looks like. It gets really hot in the summers, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don’t really do much advertising. Most folks find us because they’re already in the market looking for parts or someone told them to check our shop. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a bunch of us making sure the business keeps running day after day without too much fuss.
