Best Meat Shop

We open up pretty early at 1/ 146 in Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantonment. It’s just a small shop where we handle fresh meat every day. We don’t do much fancy stuff here. People come in, tell us what they need, and we cut it right there on the block. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, especially on Sunday mornings when everyone in the Cantonment area wants their mutton or chicken for a big family lunch. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know most of the faces that walk through the door. It is a lot of hard work, keeping everything clean and making sure the stock is as fresh as possible. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us working the counters and the knives. We try to get our things from local sources whenever we can. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the bazaar. There isn't much to say about us besides the fact that we try to do a decent job for the people around here. Sometimes the knives need sharpening halfway through a shift, and we just keep going. We wrap everything up in simple bags and that is that. No frills or polished displays. You just get what you see on the counter. We spend a lot of time sweeping the floors and keeping the place tidy, which is a constant chore in this business. We stay open until the last of the good cuts are gone for the day.
