If you are looking for us, we are located at 18/1 in Rana Pratap Bagh, near Shastri Nagar. It’s a crowded neighborhood with lots of houses and small shops close together. The clinic itself isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space. The front door opens right into the waiting area, which only has enough room for about six or seven people at a time. When it gets busy, some folks end up waiting on the sidewalk outside. We’ve got a small desk where all the appointments are handled, usually with just a notebook and a phone. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there are a few chairs scattered around. People from the nearby lanes of Shastri Nagar walk over when they have a cold or need some basic medical help. It’s a very local feel here. The staff lives within walking distance, so they’re always on time. We don't use any complicated software to run the place; we just keep things moving the old-fashioned way. The doctor stays in the back room, and we call people in one by one. It can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we have a small cooler that helps. It’s a basic setup that works for the people living in this part of town. We try to keep the noise down, but with the market so close, it's almost impossible to have total silence during the day.
