Sentientgeeks is located on Link Road in Palta. We are in the Bengal Enamel area, specifically at the place of Satyendra Nath Hari in Palta Ambagan. It’s a bit of a trip to get out here if you’re coming from the main part of the city, but it’s a nice enough area. The office is situated in a way that feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. We have our setup there with all the computers and servers we need for software work. It isn't a high-rise building with glass walls. It’s a more traditional building where you can actually open the windows to let some air in, though we usually keep them shut because of the dust from the road. We spend our time writing code and talking about project details. Satyendra’s place has been a good base for us. There are some trees nearby in the Ambagan area, which is nice when you need to step outside for a minute to clear your head. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group that knows each other well. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s a very human way to work. No one is hovering over your shoulder every second. We just trust each other to do what needs doing.
