Linuxfox is based out of 204/A RBC Road in Naihati. We are in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a distance from the main hub of Kolkata, but we like it that way. The office is an old building, but it’s sturdy. We’ve got our servers and our computers set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We focus on Linux and other technical things. It’s what we know. We aren't interested in flashy offices or expensive suits. Usually, we are in t-shirts and jeans. We started this because we liked working with computers and wanted to see if we could make a go of it on our own. It’s been a few years now, and we are still here. The power goes out occasionally, which is always a bit of a scramble, but we have backups. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. We just do the work and let people find us. It’s a very local feel. Most of us walk or bike to work. It’s a practical way to live. We aren't trying to be the best in the world, just the best we can be for the folks who need our help here in Naihati. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work we like doing.
