Incryptic Solutionsprivate Limited is based at 2nd Floor, Rabindrapally, Kestopur. Specifically, we are in Flat C1 of the Rhino Apartment, building BG 93/1. Kestopur is a very dense and busy part of North 24 Parganas, and our office reflects that local energy. We are up on the second floor, which gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the rickshaws and vendors all day long. The apartment is where we do all our technical work. It is a modest space with a few rooms turned into offices. We have our servers and workstations set up wherever they fit best. It is not a polished corporate environment. There are wires running along the floor and boxes of equipment in the corners. We have been here in the 700101 area for a while, and we know the neighborhood well. Getting to work through the narrow lanes of Kestopur can be a challenge, especially when it rains, but we manage. We are just a group of people who enjoy solving problems and working on software. There is no dress code or formal meetings here. We usually just talk across the room to get things done. It is a very hands-on way of running a business, and being in a residential apartment building like Rhino Apartment makes us feel like we are part of the local fabric.
