Boss Engineering is based out in Birlapur, on Birla Line 21/409. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to the South 24 Parganas district, but it’s where we’ve always been. The area has a lot of history with the factories and the river nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our engineering work sorted out. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. Most of us wear regular clothes and spend our time looking at drawings or talking to the guys on the floor.
