Biswas Caterer

Our business, Biswas Caterer, is situated at 38/4, S C Pal Road in the Naihati Anandabazar area. We’ve been a part of this community for years, and most people around here know us by now. We don't have a polished office or a front desk. Most of our work happens in the kitchen or out at the venues where the celebrations are. We’re just regular people who started this because we knew our way around a stove. Naihati Anandabazar is a lively place, and we fit right into the local scene. Our days are filled with the sounds of knives on cutting boards and the smell of woodsmoke or gas burners. We don't have a grand plan to expand or become famous. We just like the work and the people we meet along the way. Sometimes the weather in West Bengal makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon, but we’ve learned how to keep the food dry and the fires going. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if not everyone is related. We argue about the best way to season a dish or how to pack the van, but at the end of the day, the work gets done. We don't use promotional slogans because we think the food should speak for itself. We're just here on S C Pal Road, doing our daily thing and trying to stay busy.
