Apex Chemicals

Apex Chemicals is located out in Dhangadhila, which is part of the Bandipur area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but we like it out here in the Khardah district. The air is a little different and there is more space for the drums and containers we have to store. We handle a lot of different chemicals, and that means we have to be pretty careful about how everything is stacked and moved. The building is functional, nothing more. We have a small area where we do the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back where the supplies are kept. It can get pretty humid during the monsoon, and we have to make sure the roof isn't leaking onto the stock. We see a lot of local workers and some delivery trucks coming in and out throughout the week. It’s a quiet kind of business in some ways, not a lot of foot traffic like a grocery store. We mostly deal with people who have been coming to us for years. There’s always a faint smell of something industrial in the air, but you stop noticing it after the first ten minutes. We just focus on keeping the records straight and getting the right containers onto the right trucks. It is plain work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss. That is how things have been for a long time now.
