We’re over in Saltlake City, specifically Sector-1 at Bd-64. It’s pretty close to the BD Market, so there’s always a lot of people around doing their shopping. Our place, Ado Additives Mfg Private Limited, is where we handle the production side of things. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads, which is nice for getting work done. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back. The weather in Kolkata can be tough, especially the humidity, but we’ve got our routine down. We focus on the consistency of what we make. It’s a technical job but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors in Saltlake know us well enough. It’s just a steady, daily process of making things. We don't need anything more complicated than that to keep us satisfied with the day's work.
