The Residency

You can find The Residency over in Sector 15. We are right opposite the Priya Gold building, so we’re pretty easy to spot once you get into the area. Noida has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed right here in the 201301 zip code. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t go in for anything over the top. Most of the folks who come by are just looking for a decent place to spend the night without any fuss. The neighborhood stays pretty active during the day since there are businesses all around us. We spend a lot of time just making sure the place is tidy and that the check-ins go smooth. It’s just us and a small crew keeping the lights on. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is part of living in this sector. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us over the years. Some are here for work at the nearby offices and others are just passing through. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just a building with rooms and a front door that stays open. We’ve seen the Priya Gold building every morning for years. Sector 15 is our home and we just try to be a reliable spot for anyone passing through Noida. We like the location because everything you need is right nearby. If you’re looking for the landmark, you can’t miss us. It’s just a simple spot for a stay.
