Our office is in Ballabhgarh, specifically in Rishi Nagar at B-85. Telecom Network Solutions Pvt Ltd sounds like a big name, but we are a pretty grounded group of people. The building is an older one, and we've been in this spot for several years now. There’s a big tree right outside that gives some nice shade in the summer heat. Inside, it’s mostly computers and rolls of cable sitting in the corners. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at sites. Ballabhgarh is a busy part of town, so the commute can be a bit much during rush hour for us. We try to keep things organized, but when we have a big project going, the paperwork piles up on the desks. We usually bring our own tiffins for lunch and eat together in the small break area near the back door. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or modern furniture. It’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Rishi Nagar is a quiet enough area once you get off the main roads. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us by sight. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families in the evening. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with.
