Swirls

We are located at G22 inside the Centrestage Mall in Sector 18, Noida. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when the mall is full of people looking to escape the heat. Swirls is a pretty simple setup; we have the machines and a counter with all the different toppings in little plastic bins. Working in a mall is a bit strange because you never see the sun, and the air conditioning is always blowing. We spend a lot of time cleaning the drips off the machines and making sure the floor isn't slippery. It can get pretty loud with the music from the other stores and the sound of the crowds walking by. We see a lot of families and teenagers who just want something sweet while they walk around. The hours are long because we have to stay open as long as the mall is open, so we are often here late into the night. We handle everything from refilling the mix to mopping up at closing time. It’s not a complicated business, but it keeps us on our feet. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to figure out how to fix them on the fly. We don't have any big corporate slogans, we just serve what we have and try to keep things moving. It’s just a regular little stall in a big mall, run by people who are just trying to do a good job. We're here every day of the week.
