Srisol

You can find Srisol over at C 15 16 in Sector 63. We have got a fairly large space here because we deal with a lot of specialty chemicals and coatings. It is not the kind of place you would visit for fun, as it is mostly labs and storage areas. We have a lot of equipment that looks pretty complicated to anyone who does not work here. The smell of the materials is something you get used to after the first week. We are not really into big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the mixtures right and making sure the batches are consistent. Most of us wear lab coats or work clothes that get stained pretty easily. The office part of the building is where we keep the records and handle the orders. It is a lot of paperwork and checking numbers. We have been in Noida for a while now and have seen the area grow up around us. It is a hardworking environment. We do not have a lot of meetings about "synergy" or anything; we just talk about what needs to be made for the next shipment. It is practical, slightly messy work, but it is what we know how to do. We just come in, do the science, and make sure everything is packed up correctly for the trucks that come by.
