You can find us in the basement of Ocean Plaza, which is at Plot Number 5 in Atta, Sector 18. Specifically, we are at basement number 8. It’s a bit of a walk down the stairs, but it’s a cool spot once you get away from the heat of the main street. Sector 18 is always busy, especially around Atta, so being in the basement of Ocean Plaza gives us a bit of a quieter space to work. The shop isn't very big and because it’s in the basement, we don't get any natural light. We just use the overhead lamps and keep things going. It’s a functional space where we handle all the daily requests for Sony Ericsson. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the plaza change over the years. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy furniture. We just have our work benches and the tools we need. Sometimes the hallway outside is a bit dim, but we are easy to find if you look for the number 8 sign on the door. We spend our days fixing things and talking to customers who come down to see us. It’s a steady routine. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people just find us when they need something looked at. It’s just a regular shop in a busy part of Noida. We keep the doors open and the lights on.
