Skm Agro Life

Our office is up on the 9th floor of the Ithum Tower in Sector 62. It’s a big building, and being in Noida means there are always people rushing around. We focus on agro products at Skm Agro Life. It might seem strange to do farm-related stuff from a high-rise, but this is where the planning happens. We spend a lot of time on computers and phones dealing with supply chains. The view from the window is mostly other glass buildings. Sometimes the elevators take forever in the morning. We started this because we knew the agriculture side of things pretty well. We aren’t some massive corporation with hundreds of layers. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure the right seeds or supplies get to where they need to go. We keep things pretty simple in the office. No one wears a suit unless they really have to. We drink a lot of tea and go through a lot of paperwork. It can get quiet when everyone is focused on their calls. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, but we try to keep things moving. It’s a decent place to work, even if the commute in Noida can be a bit of a headache. We just do our bit to keep the agro life cycle going from our little corner on the 9th floor. We aren't here to change the world, just to provide what people need.
