Shoera India Pvt. Ltd. is over in Sector-7, specifically at E-3. If you’ve been around this part of the industrial sector, you know everyone is always moving. Our building is a simple structure that serves its purpose. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We work on footwear and related items. There’s a lot of cutting and stitching going on. The workshop floor is always busy. We have rows of machines and people who really know how to use them. It’s not the quietest place to spend a day, but we like the energy. We focus on getting the details right on every pair that comes through. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due. There’s a small area where we keep the samples, and that’s usually a bit of a mess because we’re always looking at different materials. We eat lunch in the small break room or sometimes go out to the local stalls nearby. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed despite the work. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. The street outside is usually lined with bikes and the occasional truck coming to pick up a load. It’s just a standard work day for us.
