Shawney Exports Inc.

Our place, Shawney Exports Inc., is located at A-9 in the Hojari Complex over in Noida Phase 2. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly just industrial buildings and warehouses everywhere. We’ve been in this specific unit for a while now. It’s a decent size for what we do, which is mostly coordinating exports and keeping track of inventory. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is old, but it works for us. We aren't the type to care much about decor when there are boxes to move. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers or checking the packing lists to make sure nothing was missed. It gets pretty loud in the complex during the day with all the other businesses running their machines, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small team here, just local folks who have been with us for years. We don’t have big meetings or anything like that. We usually just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to get out the door by five. Noida Phase 2 can be a bit confusing with all the different sectors and blocks, but we like being in the Hojari Complex. It’s practical. There’s always a bit of dust from the road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks.
