Sharma Clinic

You can find us over in Sector 20, right near the telephone exchange. It’s a pretty well-known spot, so people usually don't have any trouble finding the clinic. We are at A-1, and we’ve been in this building for several years now. It’s a decent-sized space, though it feels smaller when there are a lot of people waiting. We have a few fans on the ceiling that stay busy all day long, especially during the summer months. The waiting area is just some simple benches and a table with some old newspapers. We don't try to look like those big city hospitals with the glass and chrome. We like it simple and a bit more personal. Most of the people who come to see us live right here in Sector 20 or work nearby. We know a lot of them by their first names. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for our records; most of it is still kept in big folders on the shelves. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time and people trust us. If someone is feeling under the weather, they just walk over from the exchange or their house. We try to keep our hours consistent so people know when they can find us. It’s just our daily routine here in the sector.
