Perfect Property

Down in Village Sarfabad, right in Pardhan Market, is where we work. Our spot is at number 73 in Sector 73, and if you look across the street, you’ll see the Global International School. Having a school right there means our mornings are always marked by the sound of buses and parents dropping off their kids. It’s a very local feel here in the market. Perfect Property is a small office, mostly just a front room with some chairs and a back area where we keep the records. The market gets very crowded in the afternoons, especially when people are out doing their shopping. We keep our door open to let some air in, though that also means a bit of dust comes in with it. We’ve been in this particular shop for a while, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a quick samosa from the stall next door while you’re waiting for a client to show up. We don't have any fancy computer systems or high-tech gadgets. We use a lot of paper and pens, and our filing system is just a bunch of folders stacked on the shelves. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We usually shut things down and head home before the market gets too crazy in the evening.
