We are based out of D-31 in Sector-7, Noida. This part of Noida is quite industrial and you can always hear the sound of trucks or machinery somewhere in the distance. Our building is a straightforward one, just a regular office and workspace where we handle the day-to-day operations. There is nothing particularly special about the way we look from the outside, but inside we stay busy from morning until late. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a long time. We mostly just focus on hitting our deadlines and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall apart. The roads around here can get a bit congested during shift changes, so we have learned when to avoid leaving the office if we want to get home on time. We keep the kettle going for most of the afternoon because someone is always needing a coffee or tea to keep moving. We don't go in for big meetings that last forever. Usually, we just talk across the desks to solve whatever problem came up that morning. It is a practical way to work and it seems to suit everyone here just fine. We have had the same desks and chairs for years, and they still do the job just as well as when they were new. We focus on the work itself rather than having a flashy office space.
