We set up Orient Exports at C-18 Sector-7 a long time ago. It's just a basic warehouse and a small office attached to it. We don't spend money on fancy paint or nice furniture. Most of the desks are second-hand. We spend our days checking orders and making sure things are wrapped up tight so they don't break on the ships. Sector-7 is a good spot for us. It’s close enough to the main roads. We have a small crew, just a few of us who have known each other forever. We don't have a big boss who walks around in a suit. We all wear old clothes because it gets dusty in the back. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which is annoying. We just handle the exporting part of things. People bring us stuff and we find a way to get it where it needs to go. It’s a lot of lifting and typing. My back usually hurts by five o'clock. We don't have a website with flashy photos. What you see is what you get here. Just some people working in a shed in Sector-7. We try to keep things simple. If a box is too heavy, we help each other out. That's just the way it goes at Orient. No big mystery to it. We just open the doors in the morning and do what needs to be done until it’s time to go.
