Pcb Design Centre

Our office is tucked away in Sector 63. If you know this part of town, you know it’s mostly industrial and commercial buildings. We call ourselves Pcb Design Centre. It’s a straightforward name because that is exactly what we do. We spend most of our time staring at screens and working on circuit layouts. It’s quiet work, for the most part. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. You just walk in and see a few of us hunched over our workstations. The air conditioning is usually running because the equipment gets warm and we need to keep the computers from crashing. We’ve been in Sector 63 for a bit, and we like that it’s central for our clients who are also in the tech or manufacturing side. Sometimes we have to go back and forth on a design several times to get the traces right. It can be tedious, but we don't mind the detail. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team that understands how boards are put together. Lunch is usually ordered from one of the nearby stalls. We talk about technical stuff even when we aren't working because it’s what we know. People come to us when they have a specific technical problem and we try to find a way through it. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the lights on and the boards working.
