Vibrant Exim India is based at E-18. It’s a straightforward address for a straightforward kind of business. When you walk in, you’ll see our desks and the stacks of files we use to track everything. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. It’s just us working in the space we have. The building is okay, it does the job. We spend most of our time coordinating between different people and making sure things move from one place to another. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like when a shipment is delayed or a document has a typo, and we have to fix it fast. That’s just the nature of what we do. The room is usually filled with the sound of someone talking on the phone or the hum of the printer. We keep a calendar on the wall with all the important dates marked in red. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. E-18 isn't hard to locate if you know the block. We have been here long enough that the local delivery guys know exactly where to go. We are just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day. There’s nothing more to it than that. We finish our work, lock up the door, and come back to do it again tomorrow.
