You can find Trishulin Overseas at B - 17 in Sector - 41, Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a pretty standard block and we’ve been here for a good while now. The office is tucked back a bit, so it stays fairly quiet away from the main road. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the business well. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the ports and the transport companies. It isn't always easy, and sometimes there are delays that we can't do much about. We just tell people the truth when that happens. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. The workspace is filled with folders and stacks of paper because we still like to keep physical records of everything. It feels safer that way. We have a small area for packing up samples and checking the quality of what we are sending out. It gets a bit cluttered, but we manage to find our way around. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Sector - 41 is a good community and we’ve made some good friends among the other business owners nearby. We just do our work, day in and day out. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the orders.
