Pnews & Export

Down in Sector 2 at C 33, that’s where you’ll find the Pnews & Export office. It’s tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the sign. We’ve been operating from this location for some time. The building is a bit older, which means it stays cool in the summer but the stairs are a bit narrow. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the timing is right for every shipment. Sometimes things get delayed and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to figure out why. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. Most of our chairs are a bit mismatched and the coffee machine is older than some of the employees. But it gets the job done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus. We see the same faces every day walking to the market. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don’t go in for big speeches or elaborate plans. We just look at what needs to be shipped today and we do it. There are usually boxes stacked up near the door waiting for the courier. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a working office looks. We don't mind the clutter as long as the work is getting done correctly. That is enough for us.
