You can find us at D-171 in Sector-10. It is a pretty standard building in this part of the city. We’ve been running Kapish Exports Pvt. Ltd. from here for some time now. The office isn't anything to brag about, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons making sure the trucks are loaded right. There’s a lot of manual work involved that people don't always see. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the work that needs doing. The street outside gets really muddy when it rains, so we try to keep the floor inside from getting too dirty. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially on the days when things are running behind. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t have a set routine other than getting the shipments out on time. The lighting in the back room is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the guy who delivers the mail. We keep a small radio playing in the corner for some background noise. It makes the long afternoons go by faster when we are packing. We’re just trying to do an honest day’s work.
