Handicrafts & Textiles Exports Inc.

You can find us at C 49, on the first floor, over in Sector 10. The company is called Handicrafts & Textiles Exports Inc. We’re up the stairs, and it’s a fairly basic office and workspace. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most of the space is taken up by samples and boxes ready for shipping. Since we deal with exports, there’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which isn't the fun part of the job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to make sure things are going where they need to. It’s a small operation here in Sector 10. We have a few people who handle the packing and others who check the quality of the handicrafts. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes we have to search through a few boxes to find what we’re looking for. We don't use any corporate lingo or have big meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted out. Sector 10 is a decent area to work in, and it's easy enough for the courier trucks to get to us. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years, trying to get the shipments out on time. It’s a lot of logistics and manual checking. We’re just regular people trying to run a business and keep things moving along daily.
