You can find Saraswati Tools ( India ) over at C-322 in Sector-10. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of other small workshops nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighborhood hasn't changed much, though there are more cars parked on the street now. Our place is filled with all sorts of tools and machinery. It’s not the neatest shop you’ll ever see, but we know where every single wrench and drill bit is kept. We spend our days working on different parts, sometimes for local shops and sometimes for bigger orders. The machines make a constant humming sound that you eventually stop noticing. We have a few benches where we do the hand-finishing work. It takes a bit of patience and a steady hand. Sometimes we stay late if a machine acts up or if we’re behind on a job. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. The office area is just a corner with a computer and some stacks of invoices. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We aren't into big marketing or sales pitches. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to do a decent job every single day.
