Saleem Saloon

We’ve been running Saleem Saloon here in Shop No 7 for quite some time now. Rajat Vihar is a busy place, especially the Main Market area in Sector 62. Most days it gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from their jobs. Our shop isn't fancy, just a few chairs and some mirrors. I usually start early in the morning, around nine or so, to get things ready before the first customer walks in. We see all kinds of people, from kids getting their hair cut for school to the older uncles who just want a quick trim and a chat. Sometimes the fans make too much noise, but we’re used to it by now. The neighborhood knows where we are, right near the other shops in the block. It can get a bit loud outside with all the traffic and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the work. I remember when we first opened, the market looked a lot different. Now there are more buildings around. We keep the floor swept as much as we can, though hair gets everywhere during a busy shift. People usually stop by without an appointment, just waiting their turn on the bench. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too special about the walls or the ceiling, just a place to get your hair done. We’ve known some of the families around Sector 62 for years. It's just how things are here at Saleem Saloon and we like it that way.
